The overall goal of the General Movement Assessment is to provide you and your trainer with information about your limitations, asymmetries and movement dysfunctions.

This free program is designed to help your trainer prescribe an exercise program that suits your movement ability and help identify any areas of concern.

Opening hours

MON-FRI: 5.30am - 9.30pm (last entry 8.45pm)

SAT-SUN: 7am - 8pm (last entry 7.15pm)

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:10am - 4pm (subject to change)
